Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. Being a member of the Ontario Association Of Home Inspectors (OAHI), I have a Standard Of Practice I need to work towards. The purpose of the Standards Of Practice is to establish a minimum and uniform standard for private, fee-paid home inspectors who are members of the OAHI. I will preform to these Standards Of Practice and provide the client with information regarding the conditionof the systems and components of the home as inspected at the time of the Home Inspection.
